Irish Soda Bread.
4 Cups All Purpose
Flour.
½ Teaspoon Salt.
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 pint Sour Cream
1 Cup Raisins.
Heat Oven to 325
degrees. Grease two Loaf Pans. Combine dry ingredients.
Mix in eggs and sour
cream. Add Raisins. Bake 1 hour until golden
brown.
