Do you love Scottish Music? Does the sound of bagpipes stir your blood? Do you want to learn how to dance to the music you love? Then come learn Scottish Country Dancing!

Scottish Country Dancing is related to Square Dancing, Contra Dancing, and English Country Dancing, and is done in sets of three or four couples. It‘s a great way to meet new people, get some exercise, and enjoy wonderful music in a friendly, social dance atmosphere!

Although kilts are welcome, our weekly classes are casual, and require only soft-soled, low-heeled shoes and the enthusiasm to learn, have fun, and get some great exercise in a friendly, social dance environment. No partner or experience is necessary.

Our Friday night beginner class series begins October 2nd  in Balboa Park at Casa Del Prado Room 203 at 7:15. We also have Tuesday night class in Poway. Check our website for more information: www.rscds-sandiego.org
