Pumpkin
Pie Crunch
1 large Can of Pumpkin Pie Mix. Mix as required on can instructions.
Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Take a white or yellow cake mix and crumble the dry ingredients on top of the Pumpkin Pie Mix.
Melt two sticks of butter or margarine and drizzle on top of the dry cake mix.
Sprinkle ½ - ¾ cup nuts on top – if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees 55 – 65 mins. Cake is done when it begins to brown around the edges and edges pull from edge of baking dish.
Serve plain, with ice cream or whipped cream.
